Pontinha was a self-declared independent islet in the harbor of Funchal, Madeira until invaded by Madeiran police in 2018. Pontinha fortress was the symbolic headquarters of the OEAS in Africa. The OEAS supports the legal reinstatement of Renato Barros to his islet.
